Thanks for stopping by! I'm Debbie. As a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutrition specialist, I've always enjoyed supporting people on their journey to better health.

But a recent cancer scare taught me that exercise and nutrition are only part of the equation. I have since learned the importance of stress management, restorative sleep, and toxic-free living. Now as a certified essential oils coach, I love helping others improve their health naturally.
