Thieves Household Cleaner Dilution Made Simple

I used to find this very confusing, but it's actually quite simple.

1 ounce = 2 tablespoons

Therefore, for most cleaning applications, put 1 tablespoon concentrate in a 16-ounce bottle. Fill with water. Done.

Since I believe more is better, I use 2 tablespoons instead.

As my friend Phillip would say: "It ain't that deep!"

Thieves Mouth Spray

Now I’m not going to say that this spray has shielded me from a lot of icky germs…but I’m not going to say it hasn’t.

Here’s the deal:

In a small spray bottle:

2 tablespoons Thieves mouthwash

5 drops clove essential oil

Fill with water

Spray into the back of your mouth throughout the day, especially when you’re traveling or in public places.

"Green Slime"

Breakfast of Champions

12 ounces water

4 ounces NingXia Red
1 scoop NingXia Greens

1 scoop Inner Beauty Collagen

2 cups power greens

1/2 cup carrots

2 celery stalks

1/2 cup Italian parsley

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana

1 apple

Juice from one lemon

Blend and enjoy! Serves 2.

Double Your Thieves Laundry Soap

Divide your Thieves Laundry Soap into two 32-ounce pump bottles. I like these from Amazon. Want to be just a little extra? Get these cute labels.

Add 2 tablespoons Thieves Household Cleaner to each bottle.

Add 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar to each bottle if you have hard water.

Fill each bottle with filtered water and combine gently.

Use about 5 pumps per load of laundry, depending on load size.

Choco-Nut Smoothie

A healthy breakfast that tastes like dessert!

12 ounces unsweetened almond milk

4 ounces NingXia Red
1 scoop NingXia Greens

1 scoop Inner Beauty Collagen

2 cups power greens

1/2 avocado

1 tablespoons almond butter

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

1 banana

1 cup crushed ice

Blend and enjoy! Serves 2.

Non-Bleach Liquid "Bleach"

In a 32-ounce jar, mix:

1 cup hydrogen peroxide

1/4 cup baking soda

10 drops lemon essential oil

Fill with filtered water

Use about 1/4 cup per load.

Fabric Softener

Softens and scents laundry naturally.

In a 32-ounce pump bottle:

Copaiba Vanilla Moisturizing Conditioner

white vinegar

Fill with water

Use 2-4 pumps with each load, depending on load size.

Laundry Scent Booster

For all the fragrance fans!

This one couldn't be easier.

Equal parts baking soda and plain Epsom salt.

Add your favorite essential oil to your heart's desire.

Since you asked, mine is lemongrass.

I save my old protein powder scoops to scoop it out.

Dusting Spray

Use on wood, leather, and anything else that gets dust

In a 16-ounce bottle, add:

1 tablespoon Thieves Household Cleaner

2 tablespoons olive oil

20 drops lemon essential oil

Fill with water.

Dryer Sheets

For super fragrant laundry!

Dryer sheets were tough for me. I just loved the way they made my clothes smell! But I knew they were toxic, not just to me, but also to my clothes and my dryer. Then someone showed me a better way!

Seedlings Baby Wipes

Wait, what? Yes! I pull out two baby wipes. I then get out my lemongrass or Joy, and put about 5 drops on each wipe. Bam. Deliciously fragrant clothes.

One word of caution—don't use highly pigmented oils, such as blue tansy or orange, that could tint your clothes. Unless you're into that kind of art.

Triple Your Thieves Dish Soap

I always use too much product when it's concentrated. So I like to "unconcentrate" it at the start so that I only use what I need.

So here goes. Get yourself a foaming spray bottle like this. Fill it about 1/5 full with Thieves Dish Soap (one big squeeze) and then fill the rest with water.

Pro tip: put your water in first to minimize foaming.

Isn't it more fun to use foaming stuff anyway?
